Well, when ordinary people are saying this, you can just bypass this statement…

But when leaders of groups or some leaders of sects are calling people towards this, then, you have to pay more attention, right?

In fact, since time immemorial, people have had the fear of dying and the fear of the world’s end.

It is a natural instinct in everyone of us.

but it seems that some groups of people are using this to frighten others and to weaken them , as if trying to control them in some ways or the other.

We know that for example, in America, some groups of people are purchasing food in stock for their whole family for some few years ahead.

So many spectulations.Yet, both the Bible and the Quran are clear: the Hour will come unexpectedly. No one knows about its real moment. Even when the Jews approached our noble prophet [pbuh] about this issue, Allah told him [pbuh] to inform them that the hour is known by Allah alone.

It means that even the prophet [pbuh] did not know about it!!! Now, how come people are saying: it is in this year or that year.

Like we have seen some scholars giving exact dates or years when the Mahdi will come etc. no one is aware of exact dates and the exact manner how things will turn out.

What we know is that certain events will certainly happen and as believers [if we believe we are muslims], then our duty is to obey Allah.

Our duty is NOT to be obsessed by the event itself but rather to work on how to win in the event.

Our duty is to work with our body [physically] and our money in the way of Allah.

The Quran invites us to be generous, not only towards our family and near kins but towards our community at large.

How much do we spend unnecessarily for our children, and how many children are unnecessarily deprived of food and clothes and even of our attention and love?

Therefore they do not wake up in the same manner as we do. It is because believers are fully aware that they will have to give account of their deeds…

So first thing, once you open your eyes, reconfirm your kalima.

Put your right foot on the floor and make your dua for waking up. Proceed with washing your hands three times.

Do your wudu

Do your morning prayer Make dua Do Istighfar [100 times] Do darood [Allahumma swalli 'ala Muhammad wa ala ali Muhammad kama swalayta

'ala ibrahim wa ala ali ibrahiminnaka hameedum majeed] Minimum do it ten times.

The more you work on your spirituality, the more you will be able to increase its number

Recite the kalima tawheed  [laa illaha illallahu wahdahu laa sharikalahu lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu yuhyi wa yumit
wa huwa 'ala kulli shayin qadir] Start with ten, then you can continue increasing it during the day.

Ask Allah to protect you, your family, your gifts, your faith…

Read the Quran.

Try to take a spoonful of honey every morning on empty stomach. And twice in a week, take a spoonful of olive oil.

This will strengthen your body and spirit insha Allah. “O Allah, make me a servant remembered only for loving You,

hoping for nothing from his worship!

O Allah, fill my heart with joy from You, purify my tongue with Your Names, let my limbs labor on tasks

You will find good and of which You will approve. O Allah, eliminate all traces, memories, recollections, and feelings that are not of You!

As long as you are performing prayer, you are knocking at the door of Allah, and whoever is knocking at the door of Allah, He will open it for him.

So prayer is vital for our well-being in this life. Continue to pray and increase in supplication. Be sincere, patient and constant in your supplication. The door will surely open and often the moment you least expect it…

“O Lord, grant me your love, grant me that I love those who love you; grant me, that I might do the deeds that win your love. Make your love dearer to me than the love of myself, my family and wealth.” (Tirmidhi)

O Lord!
I came at your door step with a silent voice,
having no virtue in hand but a pile of sins.
Though under the darkness of bad deeds but with the light of Repentance.
I have storm in my heart and my heart broken into hundreds of pieces with shame.
But your court is full of blessing and hope.
Moon and stars envy even to a tiny particle of your home.
Forgive the greatness of my sins with little of your mercy before I leave your court.

May Almighty Allah have mercy upon us all and guide us towards His Truth

This is an expression Muslims say whenever they meet one another. It is a statement of greeting with peace. The meaning of it is: “Peace be upon you.”

The other forms are: “Assalamu ‘Alalikum Wa Rahmatullah,” which means:”May the peace and the Mercy of Allah be upon you,” and “Assalamu Alalikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,” which means:”May the peace, the mercy, and the blessings of Allah be upon you.”

So, it is a fact that time will fly quickly because the prophet of Islam, Muhammad [pbuh] has warned us against this.

We have also been warned against the false Messiah. So beware brothers and sisters, DO NOT GET CARRIED AWAY

Many people on the internet are sending links or publishing videos that they are the Mahdi or the soldiers of Mahdi.

They are giving glad tidings of what will happen during Al Mahdi’s time.

But you, as an individual, are you prepared to face your own death?

Do you know that when you die, no one will be able to save you from hell fire IF you do  not turn to Allah in repentance?

It is good to learn about the characteristics of Al Mahdi yet truth when it appears to us, will not be exactly how we interpret things.

No one knows exactly about how things will turn out to be.

People are talking about the Mahdi yet they make their sins visible to the whole world. These people are more concerned about actualities/news/information/ yet they neglect their own souls. Subhan Allah.

Dear brothers and sisters, do not be illusionned by this world, by its beauty, by the so-called beauty we see on the screen. How come people are talking about the Mahdi on television, on videos, with heavy make-ups and almost naked ? Is this the trend of the Mahdi? NO. Surely not.

Islam is the middle path. it accepts no extremism whether good or bad. It is the middle – the balanced path. We call our ummat – ummati wasit. So, people should not exagerate while talking about islam. They should not be too strict, stern …and they should not be too relaxed, laughing a lot…etc. A modern leader does not mean that he should go beyond the limits of the shariah law. No.

so beware. Do not take everything we see for granted. Establish a firm relationship with Allah. He Himself will guide you to the right path, if you ask Him for true guidance.
